Our Story of CKF was founded 20 years ago to bridge the critical gap between traditional construction and modern energy efficiency.
We realised that too many homes were being extended beautifully but left thermally inefficient, or insulated well but finished poorly.
We set out to change that.
Today, we are one of Dublin’s premier Registered General Contractors who also hold full SEAI Registration. This unique dual expertise allows us to manage your entire project from the structural works of an extension to the airtight sealing of a passive-grade window under one single point of responsibility.
