External Wall Insulation from €190/m² for a standard semi-D (labour + materials). includeds
System: SEAI approved EPS (100mm), adhesive + mechanical fixings, full mesh/basecoat.
Finish: Primer + standard acrylic/silicone render colour of choice
Detailing: Starter/drip/stop beads, corners, movement joints, sealed penetrations, reinforced reveals.
Prep & protection: Pre-survey, protection to windows/paths, refit small fixtures.
Access & waste management: Standard 2-storey scaffolding, H&S, tidy and removal of waste.
Documentation & aftercare: System + workmanship warranties; completion pack; BER coordination available
